Creative practice

I am a development practitioner with 5+ years of experience in NGO-led, community-based, and humanitarian programs, including World Bank, UNICEF, USAID, CERF/UN OCHA, and private-sector funded projects. My work spans project management, field implementation, monitoring and reporting, Environmental and Social Standards (ESS), Digital Complaint and Feedback Redressal Mechanism (CFRM), community engagement, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and emergency response across Education, Health, WASH, Education in Emergencies (EiE), Gender, Social Cohesion, Waste Management and Agriculture programs.

I have supported indigenous communities, Rohingya communities, and other vulnerable populations in remote and disaster-prone areas of Bangladesh, with hands-on experience in project planning, team leadership, on-time project delivery, training and workshop facilitation, data collection and analysis, baseline surveys, FGDs, KIIs, field monitoring, and beneficiary verification.

I collaborate closely with community leaders, local stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, inclusive program results, while supporting donor reporting and budget tracking aligned with work plans. I currently serve as Senior Project Officer, ESS at BRAC in Cox's Bazar, and Bhasan Char, managing ESS compliance, safeguarding, and the Digital Complaint and Feedback and Redressal Mechanism (CFRM).

Beyond my professional work, I am a musician. I am also the founder of Roots of Hope, a self-funded NGO run with students and several professionals. Focused on educational support and positive social impact.

“Strong programs start with listening to communities and delivering inclusive results where they are needed most.”
